About Whey of Finance
Why Whey of Finance
When I was 16, I started reading about investing. I was interested how people made a lot of money from just investing. I read about Warren Buffet and Peter Lynch, and books like ‘The Intellegent Investor’, ‘Think and grow rich’ and ‘The richest man in Babylon’. I’ve read about stocks, bonds, etfs, commodities, short, long, leverage, you name it. When crypto became popular, I started reading about it a lot.
During this period I also started to gain a lot of weight. At my heaviest I weighed 286lbs (130kg). In 2019 I knew I had to throw my life around. So starting July 1st 2019 and ending August 12th 2020 (408 days later), I had my weight loss journey. In those 13,5 months I lost 114lbs (52kg). During the process I took a selfie almost every single day. And on day 408 I took pictures (like the one on the right).
When I started to gain weight, I also started reading about lifting weights, how to build muscle and losing fat. I’ve started going to gym on and off for 2 years and since losing weight, I’ve been going to the gym consitently. I know men and women have different bodies and should train defferently. I’ve coached and trained a few people and I’m confident I got a good understanding about gaining muscle and losing fat.
About me
Ever since I was little I wanted to write and create stories. I rememeber making a little book about Runescape (old click game) with all kinds of training guides and money making guides. Not for anybody to read, but just for me. I’ve been thinking about writing a few years now and at first I wanted to write books, and maybe I will one day, but for now I’ll start writing blogs. I created Whey of Finance because I just wanted to create, and maybe some people want to read it.
I would love for this to be a way to exchange ideas. With all of the markets in the world and the trillions of value, I believe there is more than enough opportunity to make a lot of money for everyone.
